Heart of the Valley, Services for Seniors, Inc. is committed to facilitating, advocating, and supporting seniors residing in West Santa Clara Valley by offering services and programs to support living independently.
- A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving seniors in Santa Clara County since 1987.
- For nearly four decades, we have supported vulnerable older adults at the grassroots level, ensuring no one is left behind.
- Each year, we provide over 6,000 hours of support to 400+ seniors across West Santa Clara Valley.

- Transportation to medical appointments
- Grocery errands
- Minor home repairs
- Yard work
- Companionship visits
- We are unique among local nonprofits for offering a wide range of no-cost services.

- From simple help like programming a TV remote to arranging escorted medical visits, we address a wide range of senior needs.
- We have been a lifeline for older adults in Santa Clara County for decades, and the need continues to grow.
