Heart of the Valley, Services for Seniors, Inc. is committed to facilitating, advocating, and supporting seniors residing in West Santa Clara Valley by offering services and programs to support living independently.
- Heart of the Valley Services for Seniors, Inc. has been serving seniors in West Santa Clara County since 1987.
For nearly four decades, Heart of the Valley has worked at the grassroots level to ensure that vulnerable older adults are not left behind. Each year, we provide more than 6,000 hours of direct support to over 400 seniors across the West Santa Clara Valley, through a wide range of services.
- We are unique among local nonprofits in the types and range of no-cost services we provide to our senior clients. Our services enhance social connections and support healthy aging at home. From programming a TV remote to picking up household hazardous waste or escorted transportation to a medical appointment, we understand the varied needs of seniors and arrange for friendly volunteers to help.
- Heart of the Valley has been a lifeline for older adults in West Santa Clara County for nearly four decades. With the senior population growing rapidly, the need for accessible, community-based support and wellness services has never been greater.
